Architectural, Interiors and Real Estate:

Properties are photographed during ideal natural lighting conditions, (early morning and/or late afternoon) to capture the most details in featured style elements. This requires no additional lighting, props or assistants. Time estimates are based on the time involved to shoot the number of interior rooms and/or exterior angles.

If you have several properties, we may be able to photograph more than one location in a day, depending on travel distance.

A CD of all proof images in low resolution is included with this session.

RATES:

• First Hour: $75
• Additional Hour: $50
• Half Day: $225
• Full Day: $450

• High Resolution CD of the photo session: $100 (includes photographers release and license for limited use)

Please note: For locations more than 50 miles from downtown Atlanta, an additional travel fee will apply.
